METHODS OF PAYMENT

Balsamic Moon online shops accepts transactions through the secure Paypal network.
Mastercard Visa Discover American Express, ATM/Check debit cards with the Visa or MC symbol on it work the same as a regular credit card.

Please note:  Your credit card statement will list Balsamic Moon as the store from which you purchased. 

MINIMUM ORDER
We have a minimum order of $15.

TAX
California residents will be charged 9.25%.

HOW TO ORDER
ORDER ONLINE - using ATM/debit, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. If you need help in the process, give us a call at 707.542.1677, Monday thru Friday 10am - 5pmPT. Hopefully one of us will be here the moment you call, but if not, just leave a message that you need help going through the online ordering steps and one of us will call you back asap.

TO FAX IN YOUR ORDER
On the ORDER DETAILS page of the checkout process, you will be given the option to pay online with a credit card, or choose Fax Ordering - our fax line is 707.324.5505.

TO MAIL IN YOUR ORDER
Our online ordering allows for ATM/debit cards as well. So, you don't really need to have a credit card to order online with us.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All Domestic packages are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail.

GIFTS
If your order is to be shipped to a gift recipient, please let me know this. We are happy to include a free gift card with your personalized message at your request. Please email separately or use the Comments box at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 
We are happy to accept international orders.  Please be aware that Duties and Taxes may be charged on certain items and vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer and not Balsamic Moon, Inc.

We ship to customers who have a Verified Paypal account.

We ship USPS International  Priority and insure each package.

Canada/Mexico
up to 4 lbs - $16
4lbs up to 20lbs - $30

All other Countries
up to 4lbs - $18
4lbs - 20lbs - $48

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
We are committed to shipping orders quickly, and currently ship Tuesdays and Fridays.  Priority Mail shipping generally takes 2-3 days, and we are located in Northern California.  We will notify you if there is a delay for any reason.  Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Need larger quantities? We're happy to work with you! We do have a $100 minimum on all special orders. Depending on the stone, or stones, and its availibility, we can usually offer 25% off or sometimes more. Please contact us for your special order needs.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All your Balsamic Moon purchases are backed by our satisfaction guaranteed policy.

If, however, you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of invoice date provided it is in its original, and fully resaleable condition.

NOTE: In order to ensure that your return is processed, BEFORE YOU RETURN A PACKAGE, please call or email and let us know your package is being sent.

Please return item in its original condition and original packaging to receive a full refund less shipping charges. (Defective merchandise includes shipping and handling reimbursement).

Please be sure to include a note specifying whether you would like to exchange your item or receive a refund. We also can issue gift certificates for the refund amount for you to redeem at another time.

We do not accept C.O.D. orders. Be sure the postage is fully paid before returning and we encourage you to insure your package.

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
